In this article we will discuss about How to rename Sql Server Database Name in Windows Azure.
In Windows Azure when you create a new database and later on you want to change the database name then that option is not available in Windows Azure.
But we can still do that and which is explained below,
First Connect to Windows Azure Database from SQL Server by Providing Server Name,Login and Password.
From the databases Select database which you want to Rename. After that Press F2 and Just Rename the Database. Now, the database has been renamed.
After that, Goto Your Windows Azure Account and Hit Refresh and you can See the Database has been renamed.
